How bookings happen

There are three ways a booking can land in your system:

  1. Manual — the admin or front-desk staff creates it directly from the desktop app.
  2. Booking code — the admin generates codes (one or in bulk) and shares them with parents. Parents enter the code on the public form.
  3. Public form — parents fill in the booking form on your public URL and submit a request. The admin reviews and approves.

Booking statuses

  • Pending — request submitted, waiting for admin review.
  • Approved — admin accepted, student is enrolled.
  • Rejected — admin declined (with optional note).
  • Cancelled — booking was cancelled, by admin or by the parent through the 24-hour parent cancellation link.

Cancellation

  • Admin side — open the booking, click Cancel.
  • Parent side — when a booking is approved, the parent receives an email with a self-service cancellation link. The link is valid for 24 hours; after that, only the admin can cancel.
