The Dashboard

The dashboard is the first thing you see after signing in. It’s a roll-up of every important number across your center, all on one screen, refreshed in real time as bookings and enrollments happen.

The top stats row

Four counters across the top:

  • Teachers — total teachers (active only).
  • Students — total students with at least one active enrollment.
  • Subjects — active subjects in the current semester.
  • Groups — active groups in the current semester.

Click any tile to jump straight to its list page.

The growth chart

A line chart showing new student registrations per week over the last few months. Useful for spotting:

  • A flat line in mid-semester = past peak intake (normal).
  • A drop earlier than usual = marketing or schedule problem.
  • A spike = a campaign or referral worked — investigate so you can repeat it.

Hover any point for the exact week’s count.

Returning vs new students

A donut split showing how many of this period’s enrollments came from returning students (had at least one prior enrollment) vs new students (first-time bookings).

A healthy center sits around 60–70% returning. Much higher and you have a marketing-acquisition problem; much lower and you have a retention problem.

Recent bookings

A live table of the latest bookings, with a quick link to each one’s detail page. Click a row to drill in.

Pending requests

The booking-request queue (see Bookings) surfaced on the dashboard so admins notice pending decisions without having to navigate. Click through to the queue to approve or reject.

Teacher performance

Per-teacher KPI cards: students taught, groups active, average occupancy. Quick way to see who’s at capacity and who has room.

The lifecycle banner

A persistent banner appears across the top whenever your subscription needs attention:

  • Trial banner — countdown of trial days remaining, from day 11 onwards.
  • Grace period — payment failed; 7 days to fix before read-only.
  • Read-only — past grace; you can view but not edit.
  • Update available — a new version of the desktop app is ready to install.

Click the banner CTA to act on it; it doesn’t disappear until the issue is resolved.

Empty dashboard?

If your center is brand new, the dashboard is mostly empty by design — the cards depend on data you haven’t added yet. Head to Setting Up Your Center next.
