Monthly vs Yearly
Yearly billing is priced as 10× the monthly rate — you get 2 months free (~17% saving) versus paying month to month.
Upgrading
Settings → Subscription → paste a fresh activation code. Your data carries over: students, bookings, settings — everything stays.
What happens if your subscription expires
EduBook gives you a 7-day grace period after the end date:
- Days 1-3 (grace) — full access; banner reminds you to renew.
- Days 4-7 (grace_late) — read-only; you can still view data but can’t edit it.
- Day 8+ (expired) — locked out; data is preserved. Renew to restore access.
Renewing
Same process as the first activation: paste the new code, click Apply. Your subscription extends from the new code’s start date.
