Tabs in Settings

• General — center name, logo, default language, timezone, date format.
• Email (SMTP) — connect your DreamHost / Gmail / SendGrid so the app can send activation codes, OTPs, and booking notifications.
• Payments — Paymob, PayPal, e-wallet (manual review).
• Branding — logo upload, accent color.
• Security — fingerprint cooldown, session timeout.
• Tenant slug — your public URL prefix (book.edubookapp.tech/<your-slug>).

Devices (multi-device licensing)

The Devices tab is new in v1.4.9 and shows every machine that has signed in for your subscription. Quota counter shows how many slots you have used out of your plan limit (Starter 5, Pro 15, Enterprise 50).

Each row shows:

• The device name (auto-generated from OS info — e.g., “Mohamed’s Windows PC”).
• Last-seen timestamp.
• A “This device” badge on the row representing the machine you’re currently using.
• A Sign out action that revokes that device — the next time someone opens the app on that machine, they’re locked out.

Revoked devices stay in a separate list at the bottom for the audit trail.

When a new staff member tries to sign in but you’re at the device limit, they’re shown a picker on the login screen and can choose which existing device to replace — no admin help needed.
